Broken Adjustable Height Chair Spacer

Initially, I faced an issue with my computer chair's height adjustment cylinder not holding pressure, causing it to gradually collapse. Annoyed by constantly having to raise the chair, I decided to create a design to fix this problem. Although I am new to 3D design (having watched just an hour of tutorials), I designed a piece that snaps onto the bar shaft and prevents the collapse. I'm sharing my design file in case it helps others; however, please be aware that it may need resizing for individual chairs.
