Brock, known as Takeshi (タケシ) in Japan, is a fictional character in the Pokémon franchise owned by Nintendo. He is the Gym Leader of Pewter City and mainly uses Rock-type Pokémon. Brock is considered the most mature, wise, and level-headed of the main characters. He often acts as an older brother and caretaker to the other characters and a voice of reason in disputes. He will usually place others before him and will help and support his friends even against his better judgment or at his own expense No supports are required. If you have the proper filament colors, no painting is needed. The assembled model is 240mm tall. Printing and assembly tips Printing tips1-No supports are required 2-There are a number of pieces that may need rafts or brims. I used rafts or brims for the arms, head and pouches. 3-The hair needs special attention to print. It has a small base and wide complex top and does not require supports. I was printing in ABS (due to my filament color choice at hand) and had lot's of issues getting the part to stick. So, I created an alternate part with a large holddown area and a fake support to keep the part in place. If you use the alternate part, just rip off the holddown material and you will have clean part. Feedback will be appreciated. 4-The bars, eyes and eyebrows are small parts but print very easily. Take them off the bed (no raft or brim) and put them on some sticky tape until needed. ..Assembly tips: 1-Take your time gluing the model together and enjoy the process. 2-I used E6000 sticky craft glue to put this model together. The sticky glue allows more time to position the parts than a fast drying superglue. This is especially helpful for small parts. 3-The flat side from the print bed for the bars, eyes and eyebrows all face down when placing the parts. The parts all look good, even when placed incorrectly, but if you are a perfectionist then just place them as stated. 4-I used a pin to apply glue to the dents for the eyebrows and eyes and then simply slid the parts into place. 5-The shirt should snap into place into the vest. 6-The pants have dents for the thumb to help position and glue in the arms when attaching to the sleeves.7-Refer to the assembly diagram in the pictures section as well as the uploaded pictures for putting the model together. The model is meant to be glued. Do not hesitate to ask questions, feedback is essential to making better models.
