The 3D model originates from a project begun with Sketchup 8 before being successfully exported into other relevant formats. The original format used is .skp while the native environment of the model in 3dsmax uses version 2016, rendering was done using Vray 3.00 It initially portrayed "The Great Film Variety Bag," constructed to hold large audiences, Rosario in 1927 had it as its main room with substantial capacity. Josefine Baker and Carlos Gardel later starred in the room which was now called Broadway by 1929 and continued till 1933 The theater experienced a resurgence on November 7, 2002, once again becoming a prime location for entertainment events. With broad capacities, it can host approximately 2000 attendees.
