Bought a Wi-Fi card from eBay to add AirDrop and WiFi to my SFF Optiplex 3020 Hackintosh. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Desktop-PC-Adapter-broadcom-bcm94360cs2-dual-band-wireless-ac-bt-4-0-pci-e-card/183192249367?ssPageName=STRK%253AMEBIDX%253AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649 But it came with a full height faceplate and wouldn't fit in the case. So I simply did what we do around here when things don't fit. Uploading just in case anyone else encounters the same situation. The screw mounting holes are large, so you'll need 2 3mm bolts to match with the card's supplied screws (which are 3mm in diameter). Print it slightly slanted (I used the lay down flat option in Cura 4.0), helps with the grain direction and strength. Also, use fine layers (I used 0.12mm) and high density infill since we have brittle little structures.
