Brita water bottle handle

Brita water bottle handle

I crafted this replacement handle for my son's Brita water bottle, designed to outlast the original which was ravaged by a friend's dog. The chewed-off handle had been a constant frustration. To create this sturdy alternative, I first printed the design flat and then submerged it in heated water to soften it and shape it into a curved form. The handle you see pictured is made from PLA+ with 20% infill, giving it remarkable strength. You may want to boost the infill percentage to reduce the visibility of the pattern after bending. On September 26th, I uploaded an additional file featuring a longer version of the handle and a modified slot design that makes clipping onto the bottle easier than ever.
