These are bristles for the Adjustable Height CNC Dust Shoe by DeWalt 611 designed by Gage6917. Sourcing these bristles in Europe proved extremely challenging, so I decided to manufacture them myself and fortunately, it worked out well. Two versions of the bristles have been uploaded: one is shorter to fit on the Prusa MK3 and the other is full length. To accommodate the shorter version, you will need to print an additional part or divide the body into two sections and then print approximately 1.5 cm more to cover the entire dust boot area. When printing, ensure that detect thin walls is enabled and print without supports. The bristles are created using bridging technology, after which simply cut off the bottom strip and secure the bristles in place with hot glue. To achieve optimal results, use flexible filament when printing these bristles. As I utilize a 0.6 nozzle, the bristles measure 0.6 wide. If you're using a 0.4 nozzle, you might need to adjust the extrusion width or modify the file yourself by referring to the included step file. You can find the original design intended for these bristles at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2802301. A few users experienced issues with the pin breaking on the original model; I promptly replaced it with an M3 screw, which resolved the problem and now functions flawlessly. I would like to extend my gratitude once again to Gage6917 for designing this excellent creation.
