This representation depicts Brisingr, the sword wielded by Eragon in the Inheritance Series of novels. As it was designed life-size and intended for a single-handed prop, scaling is not required. PRINTER SETTINGS: To optimize printing efficiency, we recommend setting layer height to .2mm on any FDM printer. To achieve the best results, print the blade and hilt parts upright with supports as necessary. ASSEMBLY: The guard features built-in cavities to accept the blade and handle components. A little sanding of the blade and grip or their corresponding cavity may be needed for proper fitting, depending on your printer settings and model type. First, assemble the two guard pieces after ensuring a snug fit with the blade and handle. If you assemble the guard beforehand, you might encounter difficulty attaching it to the other parts. The gem can either be printed, cast in transparent resin, or colored using transparent filament for a similar effect. A hole has been drilled through pieces 3, 4, and 5 of the blade sections for inserting a long rod to enhance strength and ensure alignment. Blade sections 1 and 2 feature holes designed for receiving printable pins included within the model files. A color preview has been provided to match the original illustration's colors.
