Toy Crossing for Brio RailwayThis is a simple railway crossing for wooden railways (Brio etc.).Print the base in PLA with 15-20% infill, 0.2-0.3 mm layer height and 3 layers. If desired, use the filament swap function in printer to print the road and posts in different colours.After printing, clean out the post holes with a 4 mm drill to make sure the axles will fit.Print the barriers in PLA with 0.15-0.2 mm layer height and 15-20% infill.the axles are made from 4 mm diameter, 13 mm long aluminium rod. Insert the barriers into the posts and push the rods through to secure them. If the axles are loose, place a dab of glue on the outside of the posts to secure them. Make sure the glue does not stop the barriers from turning.
