Brio Railtrack Just Got Bigger! Watch me bend my Flextrack sideways, up or down to create awesome curves, bridges and overcome obstacles! http://youtu.be/rw0LYmu16r8 Flextrack is made for single-line-style printing. I can print fast at 300mm/sec @ 0.24mm - it takes only 12 minutes with regular printing (60mm/sec @ 0.2mm) taking a whopping 35 minutes! I designed this thing to be strong and smooth, so my trains make sharp 90-degree turns without hesitation. To run smoothly, I added zig-zag lines on the surface. Connectors that press-fit perfectly in place because they're flexible like me! And guess what? My rail track is super lightweight but also pretty rigid. Go check out Tinkercad to remix and make one of your own! UPDATE! My Extra-Long Rail is 195mm - and still fits snugly in most 3D Printers! Get the code at http://goo.gl/yPv6ve UPDATE! See it here! Extra long Version Video - I printed with SuperStrong PLA-HI (https://creamelt.com/?product=creamelt-pla-hi-blue&lang=en) from Tinkercad link: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/cEqGDwNPmII-brioflexrailextralong/ and on youtube here - csqDdcoJBkI Ready to Print? Here's my secret: Instructions: I use Cura, I select the Spiralize option. It works! Also, try printing with No Infill at all or make a single wall design (just like that!). I adjusted 20% flow setting. That’s it! With Cura’s spiralize feature and some fine tuning I’m ready to roll fast without stressing about precision
