Brio Crane Repair Kit
thingiverse
I bought a second hand low level crane from Brio (Brio Nr. 33245 / 33866 for example) and it did not work. I disassembled the crane, saw some broken gears and constructed the spare parts in Fusion 360. The axle with 2 gears: printed in 0.12 mm, 50% infill, Brim, PLA. The knob 30% infill, 0.2 mm Hints: Depending on the printer and filament, the axis (99 / 101%) must be scaled, mine fit well at 100%. You can test this by printing the knob first and then putting the axis in the knob. The axis should not have any free space at the edge of the knob and should run well with the gear in the button without jamming. The screw that holds the knob is stuck very tight. I used pliers to pull it off, pulling in one direction only or the plastic will break. Then you would have to use a screw / nut as a replacement. Please let me know if it worked for you (comment / make)
