Brio Compatible Train Tracks

I plan to create toy train tracks resembling Brio brand, using a Shapeoko 2 CNC router. The short_straight model serves as the basis for medium and long tracks by extending its length. However, I need to correct the curves in the longer tracks, as there's a tessellation formula determining their angles; I am still deciding which one to use.
