A compact cargo vehicle suitable for brio transport. Print Settings Printer: Prusa i3 MK2 Rafts: Unnecessary Supports: Yes Required Resolution: 0.15mm Precision Infill: 20% Density Notes: Utilized the following tools: * A 3D printer * Dremel equipped with a cutting attachment * Hammer for precision fitting * Superglue for additional bonding Print the following parts: 1 base unit 1 top component 4 wheel supports (requiring supports) To create magnetic connectors, use: 2 x 12mm diameter ring ferrite magnets with a 3mm central hole 2 x silver upholstery nails measuring 11mm in diameter For wheel axles, employ: 1 x steel spring rod measuring 2mm in diameter and 100mm in length Cut the rods into segments 30mm long and smooth off the ends using a Dremel. Alternatively, consider using an uncut rod to avoid cutting. All parts are designed for a snug fit, utilizing a hammer for precision fitting. Additional bonding can be achieved by applying superglue.
