Hello, This is spare part for new lawn mower engines where air filter cover is held by these knobs. Because original knobs are all plastic and not durable as older version with metal nuts and screws, sometimes they just break. Briggs order number of this part is 597244 and my printed piece is little bit tighter than original, but works well. There is almost free replacement for broken part (8 grams of PETG filament and 40 minutes of printing in my case). Just slice this file as solid as you can and with orientation as shown on images.
