To troubleshoot my printerbot's bridging issues, I created a test file with various shapes on two layers. Printing this revealed a problem when bridging to single-layer walls. The provided STL file, Bridgetest2.stl, features varying wall thicknesses and heights. All bridges are at the same height, causing Slic3r to span them in one pass. Utilizing a gcode viewer like Repetier's can be insightful for observing the slicer's actions.
