Print the files, available in Sketchup, stl, and thing formats, on a Makerbot Replicator 2 using PLA material. Standard medium settings take about 2 hours for the bridge part, 45 minutes for the plate, and 5 minutes per rail. Single-at-a-time printing of rails is recommended for better results.
