Bridge
thingiverse
These are the members for the 3D printed bridge, each one uniquely designed to withstand heavy loads and stresses. In order to achieve optimal structural integrity, you must print two separate plates with distinct infill percentages - the plate with the most complex design requires 100% infill density, while the simpler structure can be printed at a lower infill percentage of 75%. With a load-to-rating ratio of 1180, this bridge is engineered to handle significant weights and pressures. One minor issue arose during testing: one small component showed signs of weakness under stress. Fortunately, a quick solution is to apply a small amount of adhesive to reinforce the joint.
