XRef links simplify basic scenes by reducing file size and increasing Viewport speed due to low-poly proxy models. The link system lets you change model mapping and material directly in the scene, without editing external files. Each original model can have a unique color solution in each scene. Using XRef links is optional – our product also includes a scene with all models presented in their original mesh.
