I whipped up a design for a custom phone case, specifically tailored for my BLU R1 HD. Within the first hour of diving into Solidworks, I managed to crank out a rough draft that's surprisingly brick-like in its appearance. As for the fit, don't hold your breath – I haven't even taken it to the printer yet, so it'll probably be a tight squeeze at best.
