This package includes 60 smart material instances with high customization options, made using master materials from Material Smart's Brick Series. They are divided into 30 basic and 30 advanced material instances for mobile and PC application development respectively. The basic ones have BC, R, and N texture map options with full UV settings, while the advanced ones feature additional S, H, AO, and Normal Mip Bias options along with full UV settings. Extra features include grunge texture map options, minor normal Mip Bias option, simple/advanced S/R texture map options, and individual UV settings for grunge and normal Mip Bias. The package also contains 90 mobile material instances with 2048x2048 resolution textures and 180 PC material instances with 4096x4096 resolution textures. All texture maps can be replaced or fine-tuned, and the grunge option is toggleable along with simple/advanced distribution options. It also includes features for specular selection, roughness selection, and minor normal Mip Bias toggle options. The package comes with a "Source Texture Cite & License" document that cites and licenses all source textures.
