Quick attempt on brick jig for hotwire cutter made in Tinkercad. The idea is that you insert a 35x76mm block of XPS longer than 71mm and use the etchings with your hotwire cutter (ie Proxxon) to score individual bricks. Pushing the XPS out at your desired length then cuts multiple bricks in single pass. Brick dimension should be 5x5xZ based on the length on which you decide to cut. Should be printable without any support. Please note that hotwire and PLA don't full work together, so watch your cutting temperatures. I have succesfully worked in similar way with my shingles jig so it is doable.
