Bric a Brac Antique Shop, Prague, Czech Republic

Bric a Brac stands out as my go-to "shop" in Prague - a true national treasure, if you ask me. Its creation involved 2600 photos captured with a Canon 5DS and a 16-35mm lens at its widest setting of 16mm over the course of two days. Those photos were then processed using Reality Capture. This process consumed approximately 18 hours for alignment and a whopping 36 hours for texturing on my trusty PC, which boasts 2x Xeon 8176 processors (56 cores), 128GB of RAM, and a Quadro RTX 6000 GPU. The original mesh consists of an impressive 1.1 billion triangles - but don't worry, I've scaled it down to a more manageable 16 million triangles for viewing purposes. Below this level, the model starts to exhibit noticeable blockiness, with 2 million triangles looking quite rough indeed. I successfully managed to output and export various versions of OBJ+textures from this model. Unfortunately, Reality Capture went ahead and crashed my PC (which subsequently restarted itself), ultimately corrupting the project file and rendering it inaccessible to me. If anyone would like to experiment with this model, please let me know - I'd be more than happy to make it available as a downloadable application that can be explored in VR using an HTC Vive.
