The Human factor was a major consideration in the design of this system. It had to be able to interact naturally and intuitively with its users, who are primarily humans. The interface had to be user-friendly, making it easy for people to use the system without needing extensive training or technical expertise. A key challenge was how to make the system feel human-like in its interactions, despite being a machine. This involved creating a conversational dialogue that mimicked real-world conversations and using language that is clear and concise. The goal was to create an experience that feels authentic and engaging for users. The Human factor also played a significant role in shaping the system's personality and tone. It needed to be friendly, approachable, and empathetic, but not too formal or robotic. The aim was to strike a balance between being helpful and informative while still being entertaining and enjoyable to interact with.
