The statue is part of a prominent installation called "Forma viva" situated within the Rožna dolina študentsko naselje, a student accommodation complex in Ljubljana. The statues surrounding this complex were created during five successive sculptor symposia that took place from 1971 to 1975 and featured participation from students hailing from all Yugoslavian academies. A comprehensive research project focused on the topic was conducted in 2018, with the findings being published online through the stud-dom-lj.si website.
