Brewtools B80 Blanking/Cover Plate for moved Control Panel
thingiverse
If you choose to move the control panel from the Brewtools B80 you end up with a large, gaping hole. I designed this to fit over that gap, and look jolly smart in the process. :-) You'll need to glue in 2x 2mm x 10mm magnets (or I've used 4x 1mm x 10mm magnets...two on each side) in the wholes provided. Stainless steel isn't magnetic (damn it!), so you'll need to stick two magnets on the reverse of the opening. I used 4x 5mm x 10mm...two on each side. You'll then be able to snap on and off the cover plate to access the void beneath the B80, should you need to. In theory, assuming the control panel is the same size for the B40 and B150, this cover could be used for those too. The only difference will be that there's a slight curve on the edges to the cover plate which I designed to match the radius of the B80 (250mm), but you probably wouldn't notice on the B40 or B150. I printed mine in the end removing the top layers so that the honey-cone infill could be seen, but up to you whether you want it solid or not. Pictures of both attached.
