With the current rendition of the cutter, the dough should be easier to remove than the previous version. I have not tried making cookies with the updated version, so no guarantees that you can get clean-cut cookies out of it. The cookies are roughly 7cm x 9cm if printed without scaling. If you have trouble getting clean-cut cookies, I've included a version that isolates the outline and the face. Correct placement of the face might be harder to achieve, but theoretically, you should get cleaner cookies. The knob just gets glued to the back of the stamp if you wanted to.
