BrewPiLess Enclosure Box

I'm looking to build enclosures for two BrewPiLess projects that will be paired with a Raspberry Pi running Fermentrack. The design is still in progress, and I'm considering a sliding lid if this hinge design doesn't work out. For the one-wire probe connections, I'm using three small round 3.5mm jacks. The enclosure will feature a front-mounted 20x4 LCD display, a side-mounted receptacle for heating and cooling, and a rear switched receptacle for 120v power input. I've found an IEC320 C14 fused receptacle with switch that fits the bill, available on AliExpress. For the power supply, I'm using an AC-DC converter that provides 5 volts at 2 amps, sourced from eBay. The Wemos D1 Mini board will be a key component of this project. To facilitate prototyping and testing, I've also ordered a mini breadboard from eBay. Additionally, I'll need a relay board with two channels to control the heating and cooling elements. AliExpress has a suitable option available. Finally, I'm using a 15A duplex outlet from Home Depot to provide power input to the enclosure. To complete the build, I've also sourced a momentary push button switch from AliExpress, which will be used for user input. The 20x4 LCD display is another crucial component, and I've found a suitable option on AliExpress.
