Portafilter substitute for integrated coffee grinder on Breville espresso machine. To grind the desired 16g of coffee for a double shot of espresso on our machine, the grounds often overfill the portafilter, and make a mess. This cup replaces the portafilter in the integrated grinder and can hold more coffee. From this cup, you can pour grounds into the portafilter, and tamp lightly part-way through to avoid spilling coffee on the counter. Tabs on the cup fit snugly into the receiver on the machine, and switches to activate the grinder as if the original portafilter was inserted.
