This tool is designed to help press down the ceramic pieces of a Breville Dual Boiler Espresso machine when re-inserting parts after replacing o-rings. O-ring replacement is fairly easy, but I was finding it difficult to safely press down the ceramic piece over the wire so that I could replace the hairpin clips. This fits around the electrical connection and leaves room for inserting the clip.
