Extender Holder for Bresser DST-1028 USB Microscope The stand didn't come with a holder for the extender, so it was always rolling around, mildly annoying. Annoying enough to design a part to fix it. This keeps the extender in place. The square hole fits around the base of the stand. To attach it to the stand, unscrew the two screws, slide it on, screw it back together, and pop the extender into the holder when not in use. Print instructions: Orientation: Original orientation with the flat part down. Support: No support Brim: not necessary unless you have bad bed adhesion. Material: I printed it in ABS, nevertheless PLA, PETG or any other material should work just fine, there's plenty of tolerance since it doesn't have to fit tightly. Infill: about 40% with 4 walls, you can probably go for less infill and fewer walls if you want, it doesn't need to super-strong.
