Breen Helmet

Here are my versions of the Breen Helmet from Star Trek Deep Space Nine. Version 1 and 2 don't have holes for the eyes, while version 3 has holes for the eyes and small ventilation holes at the bottom of the nose. I had some trouble keeping the original shape that would fit my head, but I made a few adjustments to get it right. The final version (v3) with LED lights, a cooling fan, and a voice synthesizer is quite comfortable to wear. You'll also find dxf files for laser cutting the Breen visor (in green translucent perspex) and for the eyes (bronze tinted perspex). Once you cut the visor, pop it in the oven at 100 Celsius for five minutes and then shape it to fit into the helmet. The Breen rifle is printed based on a design from Grimm Industries.
