Breathing hole for neck tube
thingiverse
Breathing hole that clamps onto a slightly-modified neck tube. I got a neck tube to keep my face warm when running in the cold, but it's too thick to breathe through and fogs up my glasses, so I printed this frame that covers everything except the nose and mouth. Let's call it an antimask. This provides unrestricted airflow, but doesn't keep your lungs warm, so its practicality is debatable. To assemble, cut a Y-shaped notch in the neck tube, fold 3 flaps over the base, and attach the clip to hold the fabric in place. I printed in PLA with tree supports under the nose arch, 3 walls with 20% gyroid infill. You can adjust the sizing in Fusion 360; nose_height and fabric_thick are probably the most useful parameters. I bent some copper wire to roughly fit my face, then measured it with a ruler.
