I modified the jlmaoju 3M Mask Filter Case (Cap Only) design to address printing issues caused by Bridge Infill. The original part consistently sagged due to a nearly one-inch bridge gap, resulting in incomplete prints with only two layers at 0.2mm resolution on my Prusa. To fix this problem, I made two significant changes to the design. First, I added six additional supports for the opening panel, bringing the total to twelve instead of the original six. This ensured that the part was well-supported during printing and minimized sagging. Secondly, I modified the opening panel's thickness so it would print three layers: a bridge infill layer, two internal infills, and finally a top solid infill. This resulted in a much more solid piece without supports, which greatly reduced sagging at 0.2mm and even worked better at 0.3mm. Additionally, I adjusted the Bridge Flow Rate and Speed settings, which together made my prints more reliable and consistent.
