This wearable ball gag is molded in two halves that fit snugly together when glued in place. A wide shoelace makes an excellent strap choice. Printing with ABS plastic and giving it a smooth finish using an acetone vapor bath helps keep the item clean. Adding a protective coating like epoxy resin can also work well. I've included several diameter options, ranging from 40mm to 60mm, along with the FreeCAD source file for further customization. If you'd rather not use FreeCAD, just let me know what changes you need and I'll upload an updated file. The parameters that can be adjusted include diameter, thickness, number of holes, and hole diameter.
