In pursuit of a basic 3D breast model for research, I struggled to find a free option online. Consequently, I utilized MakeHuman software to create an aged female model and exported it as STL. However, this led to five days spent learning how to repair the mesh and convert it into a solid 3D form using various software packages such as SpaceClaim, SolidWorks, 3D Max, Inventor, FreeCAD, Blender, meshlab, and Netfabb. Despite not meeting scientific standards, I am offering this model as a starting point for fellow researchers; no credit is necessary but would be appreciated. Good luck!
