To start, you probably shouldn't print these. I'll be releasing a functional model soon. I definatly haven't fixed barrel alignment issue, and most Versions do not work. You will still probably need a plumbing gasket like the one in the MakeTestBattle video, and while this should work, it also might not, as like I said, not tested. An add-on to the SledgeFire that shortens the barrel. A replacement barrel for the sledgefire, if it broke like mine. The shells don't eject, but the fit is loose enough to take the shell out easily. You need the Top, Barrel, and Bottom Piece, and Hinge Cover. The rails and barrel covers are optional. It's kind of tested, as previous versions work alright with sanding. May still require some sanding. Also, I have no idea how to use Fusion, so I created this with Tinkercad. That sadly means no STP files, only the STL. ----- Printing The rail, barrel, hinge cover and barrel covers shouldn't need supports. Actually printed on a Prusa Mini Resolution shouldn't matter, and the bottom lever piece should be printed with higher infill. I don't know how much, but I'm sticking with 50% and 15 for the others, and hoping it doesn't break. ----- Hardware Needed: 10 mm Nerf Screws (13) Screw* (4) Either the original SledgeFire spring, or one of any extension spring that would *7 mm in length, and 2.8 in diameter, with a head diameter of 6 mm. ----- Construction Might make a video of the construction if someone requests it. There are 2 10mm screws that screw the top piece to the barrel. There are 4 10mm screws that screw the bottom piece to the barrel. There are 3 10mm screws the screw the hinge cover to the bottom piece. You will use 1 10mm screw that connects E1 and E2. It is the side the arrow is pointed at. The last screw will be used on the other side of E1. Do not screw the screw all the way. There is also a 10mm optional screws for rigidity that are recommended to install on the hinge cover to to the main side of the bottom piece, and the other from the hinge side of the bottom piece to the main side of the bottom piece. That is two total With E1 and E2, the less cutout side of E2 facing the front of the blaster. The arrow also points to which way the piece should be oriented, and the bump of the shape facing up. The screw on E1 that should only be screwed for enough for it to be attached E1. Then hook the extension spring from that screw to either of the hooks, depending on how much ejection you need. (It won't fully eject either way) ----- Change Log https://bit.ly/35IwZ3B ------ Other Based on the SledgeThunder by rfox78 for the general shape and a couple of measurements. I don't know if its SledgeFire or Sledge Fire, so for those of you guys searching this here's some misspellings. SlegdeFire, slegde fire, sladge fire, sladgefire, slegdh fire, slegdhfire and for some other tags, shotgun, shell, zombie strike, and blaster.
