Breaker Knockout

This is a circuit breaker knockout insert to fill spaces where breakers have been removed from electrical panels or circuit breakers. It's an update from N1VG, with only modifications being made in making tabs more flexible by adding reliefs ahead of and behind tabs. Designed in SketchUp Printed in PLA using MatterControl. They were printed sideways, so layer lines would cause tabs to be less prone to breaking off. Supports and a brim were used for printing. This will necessitate some clean up afterward. Print Settings Rafts: Not a factor Resolution: 0.3mm Supports: Yes Infill: 30% Notes: I utilized supports, along with a brim in my prints. Post-Printing Clean up is next... One can anticipate spending a few minutes on each insert with an exacto knife to remove support material.
