I'm creating a mockup for my next Cosplay project - a break-open shotgun that's surprisingly realistic. I've loaded it with a couple of rounds in the chamber, which can be easily removed if needed. For public safety, I've also included some valuable tips on how to handle this prop responsibly. The print settings used were 0.2PLA at 215Bed and 6520% Fill - your choice may vary depending on your printer's capabilities. This design is scaled accurately to fit comfortably in the hand. The barrel latch is straightforward and functional, but feel free to get creative with your own design - I'd love to see your take on it!
