Human: 200mm x 200mm optical breadboard with M6 and M3 holes, Metric Standard 25mm and 12.5mm apart. 3D print with M6 and M3 nuts inserts. Use Cura to set printer to pause at 8.55mm height, move nozzle out of way with software, insert nuts in holes, add skirt filament, then press play. Alternatively, find layer height in G-code and insert Pause command line there. One model has too many screw holes, so I created another one with fewer M3 holes. This reduces structural integrity concerns. Recommended settings: Set vertical walls to minimum 2 pass thickness; set horizontal walls to about 1mm thick; set infill to about 15-20%. Download attached SketchUp model to customize and adjust tolerances as needed. This model was optimized for our lab machine.
