Print the design in ABS or another flexible material like PETG, as PLA is too brittle to hold its shape. If you're familiar with OpenSCAD, feel free to resize it to suit your needs. For best results, print multiple copies at once, as individual layers may experience cooling issues due to their short print times. Once the shells are printed, insert a thin wire through the holes in both the top and bottom parts, leaving about a quarter inch of insulation exposed on each end. Secure the wire with hot glue, ensuring that the positive terminal is located on top and the negative terminal is positioned at the bottom. The large rectangular hole is designed for easy battery removal by simply pushing it back out.
