This is designed to slice a loaf from a Cuisinart Bread Machine into 14 even 1/2" slices. I know it's a massive model, but it fits a whole loaf and guides the blade on both sides. Will fit a ~2mm thick bread knife blade. Modeled in Fusion360. Feel free to print, but please don't sell this anywhere.
