Design and source images from: http://www.mirkoihrig.com/bread-from-scratch/ Mirko Ihrig's master degree project on Industrial Design at Lund University takes a step back to basics. His project's main concept revolves around "a reaction to the fact that many people have lost sight of where our food comes from anymore." Fast foods and other processed industrial foods dominate our daily lives. This sleek little oven and set of versatile tools empowers you to make bread from scratch, providing all the necessary equipment to craft a loaf of bread. The setup consists of a mill that grinds flour, a jar for cultivating sourdough, a bowl for mixing ingredients, a board for kneading dough, a paddle for transferring loaves, and an oven for finally baking the loaf. 3D MODEL Dimensions(cm): Diameter 50 / Height:131 Polygons: 188076 This 3D model is created from source images sourced from the photo "Bread from Scratch – Personal Little Bread Oven."
