A high-resolution 3D bread model, made from a real-life scan, is available in a 3ds Max scene. The model is scaled accurately (in centimeters) and ready for rendering. Simply import it into your project. It's been shaded using V-Ray (VRayFastSSS2 and VrayMtl). The archive contains 5,409 textures in .jpg format, a .max file (2016), and an .obj file with unwrapped geometry. Other formats are available upon request. Preview images were rendered using Autodesk 3ds Max 2016 and V-Ray; however, scenes and lights are not included. If you have any questions or issues, please don't hesitate to reach out.
