Finally! A new upload! I actually completed this vehicle over a year ago, but then a whole bunch of shit happened, involving COVID, a few earthquakes, the death of my father, and a few other stuff, so I let some of my projects just sit and simmer while I dealt with things. I was reminded that I had this thing ready to push out the other day, so I quickly updated it, and now you have it here. This is the Breacher APC. The role of this vehicle is to transport elite troops in a heavily armored, highly mobile vehicle. In addition to the standard APC functionality of "mobile infantry, light weapons", this one has a unique purpose that originally gave it the name Breacher. Using its heavily armored frame, bulk, excellent power-to-weight ratio, and a pair of fixed front laser cannons, the Breacher APC is capable of ramming into a reinforced wall and breaching it fully before deploying the elite squad of infantry through a front-facing explosive door. Ideally, the side access doors can then be opened, too, turning the Breacher into an armored, armed and controlled ingress point for further infantry deployment. Primary armament consists of a light turret compatible with either a high-caliber minigun for suppressing enemy infantry and countering light vehicles, or a high-velocity cannon for anti-armor work. While attempting a breach, the turret is turned backwards to protect the weapon from high speed impact with a solid structure. The breaching lasers have a few degrees of traverse, too, and can be used as a weapon in a pinch, but their range is rather limited.
