I reduced the internal diameter to press more on the servo pinion and prevent slipping. To make the teeth I use an old metal gear heated with a soldering iron. I haven't drawn holes for the rod yet. Heat up the rod a bit with a lighter and drill it at the point you need. The rest can be cut with pliers and sanded with emery paper or sandpaper to give it a nicer finish.
