This is a laser-cut file for making a printmaking brayer handle. It is designed for a 2" diameter cast rubber roller with a 1" PVC core and 6" wide. The file also contains a 2-part mold base used for casting urethane rubber (Smooth-On Reoflex 30-60). You need a 2" PVC and 1" PVC pipe for completing the mold. There are also 2x end caps that fit inside a length of 1" PVC as a cap. When assembled a 1/4" threaded rod is used to go through the capped 1" pvc pipe and through the corresponding 1/4" holes in the handle.
