Brawler guardians were often used in conjunction with a pair of combat guardians, whose job was to deal with the common soldiers and monsters, so that the brawler guardian was free to focus on the stronger foe. Like other guardians, brawler guardians are capable of following multiple orders, and making instinctual decisions in the heat of battle to ensure their goal is achieved. Brawler guardians lack finesse and grace, and have often been compared to a grimhulk in a bionics shop; as they single-mindedly make their way across battlefields punching, crushing, and throwing any who get between them and their prey.
