This coupling part links the metal shaft of the mixing wand to the plastic motor connection on the appliance body. You can purchase a replacement (e.g., from http://braun-service-station.de/Braun-Ersatzteile-Zubehoer/Ersatzteile-Haushalt/Ersatzteile-Mixstaebe/Ersatzteile-Stabmixer-Typ-4191/Plastikkupplung-fuer-Plastik--und-Metallschaft-Braun-Stabmixer-Typ-4191--67050811.html). However, I had designed a prototype before searching for a replacement. The provided SCAD file allows users to modify the design, which includes an optional gap for a rubber O-ring present in the original piece. Despite my unsuccessful attempt at printing with the gap, it still functions without the ring. The 'blender_repair_gap.stl' is a higher resolution file with accurate shaft dimensions and the O-ring gap. The STL has a 4mm shaft width, 0.5mm wider than the actual 3.5mm shaft dimension to accommodate the Thing-O-Matic's tolerance. I had to reduce the feed rate to 10mm/s for successful printing and later required minor sanding and carving to ensure a proper fit within the motor housing without sticking.
