Reusable version of the Braun Clean and Renew cleaning cartridges. This version has a removable lid and gaskets. Due to the viscosity of alcohol the seal is only spill resistant not water tight. Do not transport this while it contains any fluids. Place the fluid in a separate sealed container that is not 3D printed. 2 versions of the lid exists. with and with out the Logo Plate. for simplicity the Logo Plate is unnecessary. This also has a base plate (Honeycomb) inside that acts as a decanter for shavings to get trapped in to allow the filter to do less work when the Clean and Renew unit suctions the cleaning fluid. in order to fit it inside it is separated into two pieces that just sits at the bottom. This also gives the fluid the illusion of coloration. If you print this with blue filament the cleaning solution will appear blue. No additives needed! The filter I use is similar filter from what the Braun Clean&Renew uses. You can find this white plastic mesh at the tips of [100 Micron Paint Strainers Paint Filter Paint Cones]. Other suitable alternatives are [50 Micron Paint Nylon Mesh Filter] simply unwrap it flat and use isopropyl alcohol on the filter and slowly peel it off. If you are going to print the gaskets please glue them to the lid using flexible super glue. This model can also be printed with SLA printing.
