Brassable Buzzbee Doubleshot Shell (With Rear Loading)
thingiverse
Still a work in progress. Currently refining the fit of the hole. Measured the dimensions of the shell and created a hole for 17/32 Brass Tubing. The hole is oversized by about 102% to account for shrinkage, sized at 0.63”/16mm ID. The no-chamber design features an open back, allowing you to load elite darts without ejecting the shells. A small lip at the bottom of the shell catches the brass. If this part doesn't load smoothly, or if it catches the darts you're using, I recommend filing or using a Dremel. For the no-chamber shell, use 1.89”/48mm length brass to match the BuzzBee shells. The chambered file has a small pocket for air to catch, as well as expand and push the dart out. I'm not sure if it works better or worse, as I haven't tested or printed this one. It's just something left over from the parent file (from JoeTheTitan). With this version, you'll need to eject the shells, and you can't extend the brass to give air more space to push the dart. If you print this version, use brass that is 1.57”/40mm long. Brass Lengths: No Chamber: 1.89”/48mm or as long as your blaster can push. With Chamber: 1.57”/40mm. If you want to push the length of your brass, I don't recommend going longer than 2.5”/63.5mm.
