Two different styles of 120mm fan grills made with 3D printed frame parts and 1/16" diameter brass rod/wire.  There are outer fan frames that mount to the hole pattern for mounting a 140mm fan.  The round inserts have holes for the 1/16" brass rod.  Open these up with a 1/16" drill bit by hand after printing.  For the screen style, insert brass rods in the insert, weaving them in a mesh pattern.  Cut the rods long until all the rods are installed.  Then use flush cutters to snip off flush or slightly below surface of insert.  You can pull the rod out slightly, snip it to length, then push it back into the frame.  For the other style frame, bend the rod around something with a diameter of about 1 inch.  Again, install all the rods and get them in position before trimming the ends to exact length.Link to brass rod: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0C7P15LC9
